Geo-engineered Snow: Snow That Doesn’t Melt! (3 videos)

It would seem that Atlanta has had enough chaos on their hands this week. But it appears that the big news isn’t the bad weather or the car crashes, but rather the conspiracy theory about fake snow that won’t melt or burn with a butane lighter.

It comes out when some people posted on YouTube videos showing the snowthat  doesn’t melt when the lighter is lit below it. Instead it “burns” and turns black while putting off a strong burning-plastic smell. Social networking sites are being inundated with these videos of people trying to melt these snowballs, with the same results.
