Dashcam Captures Dramatic Footage of Taiwan Plane Crash

Motorist  captured on video a dramatic plane crash. TransAsia Airways plane crashed into the Keelung River shortly after take off from Taipei, Taiwan.

TransAsia Airways has confirmed that the plane carried 58 people — five crew and 53 passengers — and that at least 13 people died in the crash.
