The site’s creator, who goes by the pseudonym Kuwabatake Sanjuro, says this person can be anyone who’s wronged someone by using the law against them and/or infringing on their negative rights to life, liberty, property, trade or the pursuit of happiness. Politicians, bureaucrats, regulators and lobbyists are accepted to the hitlist without question.
