It Took An Artist Over Three Years To Create This Drawing

Manabu Ikeda is a pen and ink artist from Japan, and he’s very dedicated to his work.

In 2013 he started working on a drawing called Rebirth, and he worked on it 10 hours a day, 6 days a week for 3 and a half years. He told the Chazen Museum of Art that his goal for the drawing was to faithfully express his view of the world.
