Cars From The Great Soviet Union

Throughout the 20th century, especially during the cold war period, the political and economical strength of a country was symbolised by their ability to make cars. The more efficient the motor industry was the bigger splendour it brought to the countries international image.


United States had Ford, Chrysler and General Motors. Western Germany had Mercedes, Porsche and Audi. Japan had Toyota, Mazda and Nissan.

The Great Soviet Union had… well, they also tried their luck in this race.
