You may have already seen the vintage color photographs. Sergey Prokudin-Gorsky was a pioneer of color photography and russian artist. His photographs capture the spirit of the time.
Color camera, which he has been using is his invention. He captured Chaliapin, Leo Tolstoy, and many well-known historical figures. Now most of the heritage of Prokudin-Gorsky is stored in the Library of Congress.
