What If All-Natural Food Had Labels?

Do you check labels before buying your packaged food? Majority of us probably just glances at calorie table and doesn’t bother to read what’s written in fine print. Ad even if we do, how much of it do we really understand? Exactly. And that’s fine, assuming that no one wants to poison us.

But have you ever stopped to think what’s inside the products that come with their own packaging?  Are they all-good just because they’re natural?

This is the work of James Kennedy, a High-School teacher from Melbourne, Australia. He listed down ingredients for organic products to prove an interesting point:

‘Some people care about different ingredients such as “E-numbers”. I made this graphic to demonstrate how “natural” products (such as a banana) contain scary-looking ingredients as well. All the ingredients on this list are 100% natural (…). None of them are pesticides, fertilisers, insecticides or other contaminants’
