Let’s Celebrate 45th Anniversary Of Moon Landing

July 20, 2014 will mark the 45th anniversary of the first moonwalk.

On July 16, 1969 the three Apollo 11 astronauts – Astronauts Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins, and Edwin “Buzz” E. Aldrin – left the Earth and took off for the Moon. They returned heroes in a splashdown in the Pacific Ocean on July 24. It was possibly the most productive 8 day trip in human history.
